Are you interested in building on the skills you learnt during stage 2?

If so this is the second step on your journey. 

To apply for this course you must have completed the Stage 1 & Stage 2 Bicycle Technician courses. (Return to the “upcoming course” page to find a stage 1 & 2 course)

This course is free of charge and is fully funded by Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Education and Training Board (DDLETB)

The course runs over 4 weeks

• Week 1-3 consists of self guided online learning that you complete at a time that suits you
• Week 4 consists of in house practical training

The programme aims to build on the key skills learnt during stage 2 of our Bicycle Technician programme

Mandatory successful completion of online modules ( is required prior to practical training)

On successful completion of the course you will be issued with a City & Guilds Assured Certificate in Advanced Bicycle Technician E-Bike, PPT & Sustainable Transport

Unit 1: Module in Rear Wheel Building (complete wheel build)
Unit 2: Module in Suspension Fork
Unit 3: Module in Mid Drive E-Bike Diagnostics
Unit 4: Module in Personal Powered Transporters (PPT) (E-Scooter)

Unit 5: Module in Sustainable Transport
